Bob McKinnon is the enterprise executive of group services for Westpac Banking Group. Before joining the bank as group executive, technology in 2008, McKinnon served as the CIO of CBA from 2000 to 2006. When he joined the bank, he was tasked to lead the newly formed technology department and implement changes to the bank's technology infrastructure. McKinnon was also tasked to integrate the group’s IT operations after it acquired two other lenders, St George Bank and Bank SA, in the country. He is currently spearheading the group’s offshoring programme, strategic relationships and process excellence and innovation agenda.
