McNamara joined StanChart in 2008 as chief information officer for consumer banking based in Singapore. He is charged with delivering strategic priorities and superior customer service through technology and operations. McNamra has worked with Westpac and Deutsche Bank in the past and is a founding partner in a software start-up in Silicon Valley. At StanChart, he led the charge to ensure solutions worked together and built capabilities to drive higher service quality outcomes and satisfy customers’ needs, while cutting costs and attaining flexibility in the delivery of business solutions to achieve growth for the bank.
